  • Research - We'll research apprentice standards and solutions to meet your needs. If you want a more in-depth look into how apprenticeships can fit into your business, we can also create you a bespoke Apprenticeship Development Plan
     

  • Find a training provider - We'll arrange meetings for you to meet with training providers and facilitate a handover once you've chosen a provider. Including helping you with any forms
     

  • Advertise - We can help you to write an advert to attract a more diverse applicant pool as well as create promotional material to help advertise your vacancy and post on our social media channels & share with our network/the local community
     

  • Funding options - We'll discuss different funding options available to you depending on the age of your apprentice
     

  • Set you up for success - We'll support you with setting everything up for your apprentices start. This could include helping with shortlisting candidates, interview questions and contracts

The West of England Combined Authority is working in partnership with the Western Training Provider Network to deliver the Mayoral Priority Skills Fund. This fund provides flexible grant to meet current priority skills gaps in the region. This project is part-funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
